This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Customer Success Managers in implementing campaign strategies utilizing proprietary advertising technology.
• Manage custom campaigns, ad copy, and budget adjustments for mid-market clients.
• Provide proactive recommendations and monitor budget pacing effectively.
• Collaborate with retail clients to enhance paid advertising campaigns and ensure proper pacing.
• Aid in onboarding new clients with suggested digital advertising strategies.
• Offer insights and work alongside Retail Customer Success Managers to create or modify campaigns.
• Execute budget recommendations and deliver performance feedback.
• Act as an internal resource for insights on campaign performance.
• Educate Customer Success Managers and clients on dashboard functionalities.
• Work together with Product on shared client concerns and requests.
• Track campaign performance metrics and apply optimization techniques to boost conversions and ROI.
• Comprehend client goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Advise clients on optimization strategies and bidding methodologies.
• Diagnose and resolve DigAd-related issues.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract actionable insights.
• Recognize trends, patterns, and optimization possibilities across accounts.
• Report directly to the Director of Advertising Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive, SaaS, and advertising industries.
• 2+ years of experience with advertising technology platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to present on camera in a remote or hybrid environment to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• A positive attitude towards various situations and a self-sufficient problem-solver.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
• Google Ads certification is mandatory.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform significant computer work.
• Capability to fulfill job responsibilities from a home office using necessary technology while maintaining productivity.
