Dietitian – 11 AM-7 PM EST shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle guidance to patients through telehealth services.

• Assist patients in achieving and sustaining healthy weight loss.

• Direct patients to suitable community resources.

• Evaluate nutritional and lifestyle outcomes and create reports to monitor progress.

• Develop and convey clinical recommendations and visit summaries to both healthcare providers and patients.

• Recognize and tackle obstacles to effective patient care.

• Collaborate with various departments to utilize technology and health information for improved patient outcomes.

• Present clinical reports and findings alongside the account manager.

• Inform clients about benefit plans, clinical programs, and available solutions.

• Enhance the adoption and execution of clinical programs.

• Organize, plan, and oversee tasks assigned by the Clinical Innovation Pharmacist.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (CDR) is required.

• Must possess State Certification or Licensure.

• Significant experience in counseling individuals with complex disease states in an outpatient environment to avert complications.

• Knowledge of current treatment standards and options for prevalent metabolic conditions, such as diabetes and obesity.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in creating and updating Excel spreadsheets.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Expertise in identifying dietary and lifestyle barriers faced by patients and developing strategies to overcome these challenges.

• Extensive experience in patient education and engagement.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
