This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and assist the Diagnostics team, which includes Diagnostic Cappers, Diagnostic Facility Recruiters, Diagnostic Schedulers, Diagnostic Uploaders, and DX Report Tracking Specialists.

• Ensure that departmental service level requirements and objectives are achieved.

• Regularly report team metrics promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate with the Department Manager to enhance overall productivity.

• Partner with the Department Trainer to confirm that employees receive adequate training or retraining.

• Work alongside the HR Manager to address employee relations matters.

• Uphold and implement company policies and procedures.

• Review and authorize employee time records while managing overtime usage.

• Conduct interviews, select candidates, and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent professional experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Candidates lacking a bachelor’s degree may be considered if they possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 4+ years of directly relevant VES Diagnostics experience.

• 6 months of experience in Diagnostics Scheduling is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.

• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.

• Only US Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered.

• Internet speed of at least 20mbps is required.

• Must have connectivity via Wi-Fi or a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

• A private workspace and a sufficient power source are necessary.
