Diagnostic Radiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote diagnostic radiology services for Union Hospital of Cecil County

• Efficiently interpret XR, CT, MR, US, and NM studies in a fast-paced environment

• Analyze code strokes and provide prompt interpretations as part of the emergency department radiology team

• Employ EPIC, Merge PACS, and Fluency dictation systems to streamline workflow

• Work in collaboration with referring physicians and emergency department staff to guarantee exceptional patient care

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification: BC

• Current MD license

• Willingness to obtain licensure in PA, OH, NC, or FL

• Active DEA registration

• Proficiency in EPIC

• NPDB Self-Query Report to be submitted within 30 days

• Required hospital privileges, including remote privileges

• Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, NM

• Experience with code stroke reads

• High-volume ED radiology experience (90–100 studies per shift)

• Preferred experience in high-volume ED radiology

• Expertise in MSK/Neuro is a plus
