DevOps/SRE Engineer – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage technical initiatives aimed at addressing technical debt remediation.

• Ensure compliance with Client Technology standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Take an active role by engaging in hands-on implementation and problem-solving activities.

• Collaborate with the team to define and prioritize remediation tasks.

• Offer technical guidance and support for decision-making processes.

• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the scope and expectations.

• Advocate for CT Engineering best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Experience in technical debt remediation.

• Strong hands-on engineering skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven technical leadership and decision-making capabilities.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Competence in risk and dependency management.

• Skills in technical planning and prioritization.

• Familiarity with engineering standards, governance, and compliance.

• Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

• Nice to have: Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices.
