DevOps Engineer – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance cloud infrastructure on AWS, emphasizing EKS, ECR, RDS, SQS, MKS, and SES.

• Establish Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing GitLab and ArgoCD.

• Oversee and assess systems performance using Datadog.

• Develop and sustain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) through Terraform.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure and enhance application operations.

• Proactively detect and address infrastructure challenges.

• Apply best practices for security, scalability, and performance within the cloud environment.

• Strategize and implement cloud migrations and new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in IT, preferably with a focus on DevOps, systems administration, or computer science.

• Proven experience in DevOps practices.

• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD workflows.

• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and ArgoCD.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS.

• Insight into scalability, availability, and security needs in contemporary systems environments.
