This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance the core M&O platform and its services focused on observability and data quality.
• Sustain and improve the stability, availability, and performance of essential applications and data infrastructure by applying SRE principles.
• Create intelligent systems for detecting, diagnosing, and automating the resolution of technical issues, bottlenecks, and anomalies.
• Establish capabilities to measure, monitor, and report on data quality throughout supply chain pipelines and key data sources.
• Develop and oversee unified dashboards utilizing tools like Grafana, Power BI, or Databricks.
• Propel infrastructure automation through IaC, CI/CD pipelines, along with Python and Shell scripting.
• Integrate and optimize Fivetran, AKS, Kafka, Azure SQL Server, Databricks, and Flink within the Azure ecosystem.
• Implement FinOps practices and reporting to track cloud utilization and expenditure.
• Examine incidents, performance trends, and data quality challenges to foster ongoing improvement.
• Deliver precise and timely insights that support business decisions and ensure regulatory compliance regarding data integrity and auditability.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and IaaS services.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on knowledge of managing Linux and Windows virtual machines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Capability to create and sustain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with SonarQube for code quality and security assessments.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and practices in cloud and hybrid settings.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system integration challenges.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative work ethic.
• Proficiency in English at least at the B2 level.
