DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage in the planning of infrastructure and environmental architecture.

• Design, execute, and enhance CI/CD pipelines along with automation processes.

• Construct and sustain scalable environments based on Kubernetes.

• Enhance infrastructure performance, dependability, and operational effectiveness.

• Diagnose issues related to production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery.

• Provide support and maintenance for existing environments.

• Apply best practices in infrastructure security, secrets management, and access control.

• Collaborate closely with development teams on matters related to infrastructure.

• Participate in incident response, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement post-incident improvements.

• Propel initiatives for continuous improvement and suggest new technologies and practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Solid background in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Proficient knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governance.

• Experience in managing Linux and Windows build agents as well as Azure Artifacts feeds.

• Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.

• Strong scripting capabilities in Bash and Python or PowerShell.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.

• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure and application security principles.

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar solutions for secrets management.

• Proficient in managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurations.

• Knowledge of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments.

• Experience in troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident response.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to infrastructure reliability.

• Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
