Development Risk Manager – Construction Oversight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, implement, and oversee the lifecycle of assets.

• Ensure that assets are effectively acquired, maintained, utilized, and disposed of.

• Evaluate asset performance, risks, and associated costs.

• Propose enhancements or replacements for assets as necessary.

• Provide expert recommendations on technical or professional solutions to enhance business performance.

• Develop or present plans for key components of research programs under the direction of senior colleagues.

• Offer recommendations that have considerable short- and long-term effects on business outcomes.

• Create or execute internal communications strategies with support from senior colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required), Business Administration (Required), or Finance (Required).

• 10 to 15 years of comprehensive experience.

• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) certification — FINRA.

• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification — NCHM.

• Capability to make authoritative technical or professional recommendations that significantly impact business.

• Ability to develop or present plans for key elements of research programs with guidance from senior colleagues.

• Proficiency in developing or executing internal communications plans under the direction of senior colleagues.

• Skill in acquiring, organizing, safeguarding, and processing data.

• Competence in reviewing and assessing recommendations and requirements to formulate suitable plans or actions.

• Ability to assimilate and comprehend data from diverse sources and derive meaningful conclusions.

• Willingness to travel less than 25%.
