Development Data, Biological Assessment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quality, integrity, validation, and accessibility of biological development data through quality assessments, troubleshooting, and management of biological trial data from various sources.

• Prepare, analyze, and present biological data for seasonal results evaluations, Biological Assessment Dossier preparation, and data-informed decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Lead and coordinate activities related to the Biological Assessment Dossier from project initiation to submission, monitoring timelines, deliverables, data readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with Regional Technical Managers and regulatory stakeholders to deliver biological data expertise, supporting regulatory preparedness and product development.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and standardization of biological data management practices.

• Create dashboards, visualizations, and AI-driven solutions to enhance project tracking, data accessibility, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Crop Science, Biology, Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience in biological data management, R&D data support in crop science, Biological Assessment Dossier preparation, and project coordination within multidisciplinary, global teams.

• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.

• Familiarity with data management systems.

• Knowledge of data quality and governance principles.

• Understanding of plant protection regulations, registration requirements, or the preparation of biological dossiers.

• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is considered an asset.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.

• Interest in AI, automation, digital innovation, and continuous process improvement.
