Development Architect – Fullstack, Product Mindset

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance digital products from the ground up

• Create fullstack solutions encompassing frontend, backend, data, and integrations

• Translate business needs into functional technical solutions

• Engage in architectural and system design decisions

• Assess technical alternatives considering scalability, performance, maintainability, and costs

• Conduct proofs of concept and technical validations

• Leverage generative AI tools to expedite development, testing, documentation, and automation

• Advocate for best practices in software quality, security, and maintainability

• Collaborate in defining MVPs and prioritizing features

• Provide product vision, balancing business objectives with user needs

• Coordinate with various technical teams, identifying dependencies and facilitating collaboration

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in fullstack development

• Ability to participate in the technical design of solutions and system design

• Knowledge of modern architectures and scalable application development

• Experience in building digital products iteratively

• Proficiency with programming assistants and AI tools for code generation and review, problem-solving, testing, documentation, and task automation

• Product-oriented mindset focused on delivering value

• Ability to collaborate with different teams and serve as a technical reference when necessary, without hierarchical responsibility
