Developer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with developers to gain insights into the functionality of Stytch.

• Assist customers in designing their implementations and address any inquiries they may have.

• Act as the representative for the customer perspective within Stytch.

• Ensure that customer feedback is communicated to the Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Contribute to the development of enhancements and new features for Stytch and Twilio products via coding.

• Develop new functionalities and resolve bugs within Stytch and Twilio offerings.

• Provide technical guidance to customers.

• Enhance documentation and procedures for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Travel occasionally for project or team meetings held in person.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong motivation to comprehend customer needs and issues.

• A profound curiosity, resilience, and determination to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and discover root causes.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience writing code to build, debug, or automate in a role related to support, solutions, or software engineering.

• Practical programming experience in a prominent programming language.

• Capability to debug customer integrations, SDKs, and open-source libraries.

• Proficiency in deploying small, well-tested fixes within an existing codebase.

• Familiarity with contemporary web services and APIs.

• Effective and credible communication skills at all organizational levels.

• This position is based in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles, knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth), MFA, IdP, and dedicated software development or product team experience are preferred.
