Developer, Java Fullstack – Scaling AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications using Java 21 and React.

• Create and expose REST services while ensuring performance, scalability, and code quality.

• Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using Agile/SAFe methodologies.

• Engage in technical analysis, incident resolution, continuous improvement, and application of web security best practices.

• Analyze, design, and develop technological solutions for Capgemini clients.

• Support the implementation and integration of innovative solutions and systems.

• Provide services and products that deliver added value and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing enterprise applications with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.

• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures.

• Experience in Frontend development using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of SQL Server databases, query optimization, and data modeling.

• Ability to work under pressure, maintain quality in work, and focus on results.
