This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance features for educational platforms

• Create both front-end and back-end code

• Integrate products with LMS tools and educational systems

• Conduct testing and resolve bugs

• Assist in incorporating AI functionalities into the product

• Utilize AI coding tools in everyday tasks to accelerate code writing, testing, and reviewing

• Communicate progress and highlight issues promptly

• Collaborate with the Lead Developer and product team

• Write clean, maintainable code and deliver work consistently on schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software development

• Background in EdTech or educational product development

• Proficient in React or Next.js, as well as Node.js or Python

• Familiar with APIs, databases, and version control using Git

• Basic understanding of accessibility and student data privacy regulations

• Practical experience leveraging LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in actual projects

• Regularly use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) and possess the ability to evaluate their outputs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills: providing clear updates and asking questions in a timely manner

• Eager to learn quickly and take responsibility

• Nice to have: Familiarity with LTI, SCORM, or xAPI

• Nice to have: Knowledge of prompt design, RAG, or AI agents

• Nice to have: Experience with video, quizzes, or assessment tools
