Developer D365 CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform

• Implementation of custom features with support from Tech Lead and Senior colleagues

• Development of plugins, custom workflow activities, and Power Automate flows following Microsoft best practices

• Enhancement of the user interface using JavaScript and Xrm.WebApi

• Creation of custom PCF controls when standard functionality is insufficient

• Working with solution layering and the ALM pipeline in Azure DevOps

• Independent execution of features from requirement clarification with BAs to estimation, implementation, and test support

• Participation in weekly code reviews and improvement of engineering practices

• Development of interfaces to third-party systems via REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus

• Close collaboration with Tech Lead, Lead Consultant, Customizers, BAs, and QA

• Contributing to the future of digital education at WBS GRUPPE

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse / Power Platform

• Good knowledge of C# / .NET for plugin and workflow development

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with Xrm.WebApi

• Practical experience with Power Automate flows and their limitations

• Initial experience with interfaces to third-party systems such as REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus

• Experience with the Azure Portal in the context of D365

• Knowledge of app registrations and service principals with Microsoft Entra ID

• Experience with secrets management using Azure Key Vault

• Experience with monitoring using Application Insights

• Solid understanding of solution layering, managed vs. unmanaged solutions, publisher prefixes, and ALM

• Proficient communication in German and English at a minimum of C1+ level

• Experience with PCF controls is desirable

• Microsoft certification PL-400 or equivalent is preferred

• Experience with FakeXrmEasy or other testing frameworks for the Power Platform is a plus
