This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of adjustments, enhancements, and straightforward features under the supervision of developer analysts.

• Aid in resolving low-complexity issues, performing routine updates, and executing technical validations within existing systems.

• Conduct functional testing, document findings, and help identify and communicate discrepancies.

• Revise technical documentation, manuals, evidence, and operational guidelines related to deliverables.

• Facilitate information collection, initial analysis of support tickets, and monitoring of technology requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Programming Logic: Fundamental knowledge of logic, algorithms, and structuring simple solutions.

• Back-end Development: Familiarity with C#, HTTP requests, APIs, and application performance.

• Databases: Basic understanding of queries, data retrieval, and data relationships.

• Work Tools: Introductory knowledge of version control, request management, and technical collaboration tools.

• Testing and Documentation: Basic comprehension of functional testing, evidence documentation, and activity records.

• Frameworks and Libraries: Introductory knowledge of front-end or back-end frameworks or tools utilized by the team. (A plus)

• APIs and Integrations: Basic understanding of consuming APIs, interpreting responses, and validating simple integrations. (A plus)

• Automation: Interest in task automation, writing simple scripts, and enhancing repetitive processes. (A plus)

• Agile Methodologies: Basic knowledge of backlog management, agile ceremonies, and task tracking. (A plus)

• Security: Introductory awareness of security best practices, confidentiality, and data handling. (A plus)
