Developer Advocate – Network APIs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as Aduna's representative voice within the worldwide developer community.

• Assist developers in discovering, comprehending, and utilizing Network APIs.

• Engage with developer communities within the ecosystems of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Enhance Aduna's visibility on GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical forums, and within developer communities.

• Develop blogs, tutorials, demos, code samples, walkthroughs, and comprehensive developer documentation.

• Create and sustain sample applications that showcase Aduna's Network APIs.

• Conduct live demonstrations, technical presentations, webinars, and conference sessions.

• Generate hands-on educational materials to boost adoption rates and minimize the time to achieve the first successful API call.

• Collect developer feedback and advocate for their needs across Product, Engineering, and Commercial divisions.

• Track and report on developer engagement metrics, sandbox utilization, content effectiveness, and community expansion.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Senior Use-Case Leads to ensure technical accuracy and effective storytelling.

• Establish and expand Aduna's Developer Advocacy function from the ground up.

• Define the developer engagement strategy and cultivate a vibrant technical community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Evangelism, Solutions Engineering, or a hands-on software engineering role with public-facing duties.

• Strong software development expertise with the capability to write, test, and demonstrate functional code.

• Experience in crafting technical content aimed at developer audiences.

• Proven track record of simplifying complex technical subjects for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or cloud-native technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience presenting at technical meetups, conferences, webinars, or community gatherings is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of CPaaS, telecommunications APIs, communications platforms, or similar technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Established credibility within developer communities.

• Ability to merge engineering depth with business insights.

• Comfort in public speaking and representing a company externally.

• Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and develop new projects independently.

• A passion for open communities, knowledge sharing, and technological innovation.
