Developer Advocate – Network APIs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as Aduna's representative voice within the worldwide developer community.

• Directly engage with developer communities within the AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform ecosystems.

• Establish Aduna's visibility on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical forums, and other developer communities.

• Develop blogs, tutorials, demos, code samples, walkthroughs, and comprehensive developer documentation.

• Create and manage sample applications that highlight Aduna's Network APIs.

• Provide live demonstrations, technical presentations, webinars, and talks at conferences.

• Produce practical educational content to boost adoption rates and minimize the time to the first successful API call.

• Collect developer feedback and advocate for their needs across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

• Track and report on developer engagement metrics, sandbox adoption, content efficacy, and community growth.

• Work in collaboration with Product Marketing and Senior Use-Case Leads to ensure technical accuracy and compelling narratives.

• Design Aduna's developer engagement strategy and establish the Developer Advocacy function from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Evangelism, Solutions Engineering, or a hands-on software engineering role with public-facing responsibilities.

• Strong background in software development with the capability to write, test, and showcase working code.

• Experience in producing technical content targeted at developer audiences.

• Proven track record of simplifying complex technical subjects for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or cloud-native technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in presenting at technical meetups, conferences, webinars, or community events is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of CPaaS, telecommunications APIs, communications platforms, or similar technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
