Designer, Content Producer – Day Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform unedited footage into polished and captivating videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Design social media graphics, thumbnails, promotional materials, and campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Convert content calendar needs and creative briefs into finished, ready-to-publish assets within the designated timelines.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity across all social media content, videos, graphics, and campaign materials.

• Organize creative files, templates, footage, and final deliverables for easy access and future reference.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and Paid Media Manager on both organic and paid campaigns.

• Compose or enhance clear, engaging, and on-brand captions and advertising copy as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content production.

• A strong portfolio showcasing social media videos, graphics, thumbnails, and campaign assets.

• Proficiency in Canva and video-editing or design software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Experience in producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

• A solid understanding of branding, composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Capability to adhere to content calendars, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

• Copywriting experience for social media posts and campaign assets is a plus.

• Experience with education, children’s programs, fitness, recreation, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Understanding of creative requirements across social media and paid advertising platforms is beneficial.

• Must reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet access, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
