This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Join the Image Retouching team, with an emphasis on the advancement and scaling of image production for e-commerce.

• Participate in an AI initiative aimed at generating product images for items lacking photographic assets.

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools alongside Photoshop to create, modify, and finalize images.

• Enhance products by adjusting proportions, finishes, colors, lighting, and other aspects to achieve natural and commercially viable outcomes.

• Maintain fidelity to the original product by preserving its unique characteristics, details, proportions, and finishes.

• Detect and rectify inconsistencies in images produced by AI.

• Innovate and evaluate methods to elevate production quality and scalability.

• Develop and refine processes and standards for image generation and retouching.

• Ensure visual consistency across various products, categories, and collections.

• Collaborate closely with styling, product, and technology teams.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and applications for image creation and retouching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Designer, ideally with a specialization in image retouching, manipulation, or production.

• Proficient in Photoshop, particularly in areas such as clipping, retouching, compositing, color correction, and element reconstruction.

• Keen interest and practical experience with generative AI as it pertains to images.

• Exceptional attention to detail, finishing, and visual quality.

• Capability to recognize when an AI-generated image necessitates manual adjustments.

• Possess an analytical and experimental approach, along with a readiness to test, learn, and enhance processes.

• Highly organized, able to manage large volumes and multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, fashion, or product image retouching.

• Knowledge of AI image-generation tools.

• Experience in automation or workflow creation to facilitate scalability.

• A portfolio showcasing retouching, manipulation, compositing, and/or AI-generated imagery.
