Design Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Design team for the CPA Site Solutions product line within the Accounting Vertical.

• Handle incoming custom design requests.

• Assist in the development of website designs.

• Coordinate the scheduling, processes, performance, quality standards, and updates of the design queue.

• Engage in design and coding tasks for client-facing projects.

• Distribute incoming Cases and Projects using Salesforce.

• Enhance custom workflows, processes, and wireframe models for tailored design solutions.

• Act as a liaison among design, sales, and support teams.

• Educate other teams on how to effectively sell and communicate design services.

• Join in design discussions and critiques.

• Assist with marketing initiatives and print materials as required.

• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design project management, web design, digital design, or a related field.

• Proven track record in managing projects, workflows, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.

• A BA/BFA in design or equivalent training.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.

• Experience in responsive web design.

• Knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript.

• Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
