This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Oversee the integration of Time Management and Payroll functions through design, construction, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
• Guarantee comprehensive alignment from SuccessFactors Employee Central through Workforce Time and into Global View payroll.
• Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies across workstreams, design discrepancies, risks, and questions of ownership.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop design solutions that fulfill McCormick’s requirements.
• Challenge future-state standards and configuration choices by leveraging knowledge of McCormick systems and processes.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, policies, controls, decision logs, country-specific requirements, business rules, and documentation linking time processes to payroll results.
• Assist in test planning, test scenarios, defect resolution, cutover preparation, deployment readiness, and adoption initiatives.
• Partner with HR Transformation, Payroll, Time Management, HRIT, Finance, Operations, Solution Center, country teams, and implementation partners.
• Aid in post-launch stabilization and pinpoint opportunities to enhance, standardize, automate, and reinforce controls.
• Engage in workshops, governance forums, readiness reviews, issue-resolution sessions, change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Manage employee, payroll, and system information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be taken into account.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, time and attendance, HR operations or technology, finance operations, or business transformation.
• General understanding of compliance for Time Management and/or Payroll in at least two of the following countries: USA, FRA, CAN, GBR, POL, MEX, SLV.
• Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, MySuccess, ADP, Workforce, payroll/time platforms, or similar systems.
• Strong comprehension of end-to-end time-to-payroll processes, including data flows, approvals, exceptions, controls, and downstream effects.
• Proven experience in documenting processes, requirements, test scenarios, SOPs, controls, business rules, and system or data-flow requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills to facilitate meetings with external parties.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
• Capability to convey technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions to achieve alignment.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information are essential.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Certifications in Payroll, HR technology, project management, or Lean/Six Sigma are preferred but not mandatory.
