Desarrollador Mobile – Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and scale high-performance mobile applications for iOS 14+ and Android 11+ using Flutter 3.x and Dart 3.

• Create user-centered interfaces by applying Atomic Design methodologies.

• Integrate advanced native functionalities, biometric authentication, and QR code reading/generation.

• Build automated integration tests with Patrol and maintain coverage above 70% using SonarCloud.

• Manage the complete publishing cycle on the App Store and Google Play.

• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines managed by DevOps.

• Drive large-scale software projects for Rekluti's international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven advanced technical experience in Flutter 3.x and Dart 3 for a unified codebase across iOS and Android.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI patterns and Atomic Design methodologies.

• Proficiency in state management using Riverpod and routing with go_router.

• Experience implementing flutter_secure_storage, local_auth, and mobile_scanner.

• Background in automated mobile testing with integration_test / Patrol and continuous analysis using SonarCloud.

• Documented history of managing releases on Apple Developer/App Store and Google Play Console.

• Certifications related to mobile development, UX/UI, and E2E mobile QA (preferred).

• Knowledge of .NET backend (preferred).

• Ability to take ownership of the frontend product lifecycle and make architectural decisions without micro-management.

• Willingness to collaborate with DevOps, UX/UI, and backend teams.

• Flexibility to iterate quickly and adapt to technological advancements in Flutter.

• Availability to work from LATAM.
