This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales goals within a specialized dermatology sector.
• Establish trusted connections with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement channels, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient accessibility.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Work compliantly alongside Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management colleagues.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Promote the adoption of Pfizer dermatology therapies through strategic and compliant engagement with healthcare providers.
• Participate in required virtual new-hire training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with over 8 years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 10 years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
• Must be able to reside within a reasonable distance of all business points in the assigned territory.
• Capability to travel to all account and office locations within the assigned territory.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available nor will it be in the future.
• Preferred: 3 to 5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, including Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfortable with hybrid selling models.
• Must be able to commit to mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
