This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales goals within a specialized dermatology market.
• Foster trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Present clinical and product messaging utilizing approved promotional materials to sway prescribing habits.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams to meet customer needs.
• Assist in product launches and supply field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Partner with healthcare providers, office personnel, and key opinion leaders across designated accounts.
• Attend and be engaged in mandatory virtual training sessions.
• Travel within the assigned territory, with overnight stays as needed based on the territory size and business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is necessary.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available at present or in the future.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic insight.
• Preferred: Strong digital engagement skills, including proficiency in Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfort with hybrid selling models.
• Ability to commit to mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
