This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales objectives within a specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product messaging utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance suitable patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, strategize calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Promote the adoption of Pfizer dermatology therapies through strategic and compliant engagement with healthcare providers.
• Partner with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders across designated accounts.
• Address business needs across a territory that includes Manassas, Potomac, Arlington, and Mount Vernon.
• Bachelor’s degree, OR an associate’s degree with over 8 years of work experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with over 10 years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Availability to stay overnight as required, depending on territory size and business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
• Requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Must be able to attend mandatory virtual training scheduled from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
