Dermatology EHR Software Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct training and coaching sessions for employees on software-related processes through in-person meetings, videoconferences, and webinars.

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on software applications through independent study.

• Stay updated with the latest product enhancements.

• Recognize and recommend improvements for operations and products.

• act as a liaison between business and technology teams while engaging with customers.

• Monitor and follow up on internal tickets, tasks, and special projects assigned by management.

• Provide updates on project statuses as required.

• Engage in software testing as enhancements are implemented.

• Oversee projects assigned by senior management related to customer software training.

• Develop training manuals for all customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training employees on medical software workflows/procedures.

• Preferred/ideal background as a dermatology medical assistant.

• Strong grasp of medical terminology and clinical workflows.

• Understanding of actual clinical workflows and the implications of processes and solutions.

• Previous experience with physician practice management systems (PMS) and electronic health record (EHR) software.

• Familiarity with revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of data analysis processes and business operations.

• Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Quick learner with strong project management skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time across the US, often with little notice.

• Openness to working overtime and during off-hours for go-live events.
