This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide comprehensive operational leadership and ensure continuity across the 2B1 portfolio.
β’ Convert Project Manager directives into coordinated daily operations.
β’ Oversee task leads while maintaining the integrated schedule and management controls.
β’ Act on behalf of the Project Manager when assigned.
β’ Align simultaneous analysis, pilot, TTA, logistics, data, product, and reporting activities into a unified program.
β’ Manage daily PMO functions and uphold the integrated master schedule, milestone dashboard, action log, decision log, risk and issue register, deliverable calendar, and staffing forecast.
β’ Coordinate task leads and track dependencies across contract administration, marriage-penalty analysis, pilot strategy and execution, TTA, product development, communications, and performance assessment.
β’ Safeguard the 45-calendar-day analysis and pilot-strategy deadlines through workback schedules, progress evaluations, decision escalation, and surge recommendations.
β’ Lead the creation of meeting materials, monthly status updates, annual reporting contributions, quarterly performance reports, QASP revisions, and management briefings.
β’ Supervise Project Support, Logistics, and monitoring workflows to ensure deliverables comply with approved templates, version control, quality gates, and COR review processes.
β’ Coordinate staffing, consultant assignments, travel, events, pilot-site support, and product production capacity.
β’ Facilitate internal delivery reviews, document corrective actions, and confirm resolution of assigned issues and previous Government comments.
β’ Serve as acting Project Manager when officially designated and ensure continuity during absences, peak workloads, or urgent client requirements.
β’ A Master's degree, preferably in the social sciences, along with at least seven years of pertinent field experience in project management, organizational development, strategic planning, means-tested programs, TANF or cash assistance, research and evaluation, TTA and training, or related domains.
β’ In place of a graduate degree, a Bachelor's degree combined with an additional ten years of relevant field experience beyond the seven-year minimum.
β’ Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams, supervising task leads, managing intricate schedules, and generating precise federal reports and deliverables.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, quality control, delegation, adaptability, monitoring, and task-completion discipline.
β’ Capacity to operate as a reliable second-in-command while ensuring clear accountability to the Project Manager and COR.
β’ Preferred: Experience with OFA, TANF, Tribal TANF, HMRF, or another federally funded human-services TTA program.
β’ Preferred: PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
β’ Preferred: Experience with rapid-cycle learning, pilot operations, product development, or federal meeting and reporting requirements.
