Deputy Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise and oversee all facets of refurbishment projects.

• Create and execute project plans, which encompass schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Ensure that project activities align with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

• Perform regular inspections and evaluations to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project quality.

• Collaborate with project team members, stakeholders, and contractors.

• Offer technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare and sustain project documentation, such as reports, schedules, and specifications.

• Work in close partnership with INL and the Embassy in Port-au-Prince to ensure compliance with contract obligations and project objectives.

• Share expertise on project feasibility, challenges, and best practices within the Haitian context.

• Travel frequently across Haiti, including areas outside Port-au-Prince.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in project management, ideally in an international or refurbishment setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, encompassing scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, codes, and standards.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• No adverse prior experiences with INL or removal from any USG mission or civilian policing role.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Fluent in English.

• Fluency in French and/or Creole is preferred.

• Experience working in Haiti is preferred.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• Must possess an active MPRT, Secret, or Top-Secret clearance.

• Some supervisory experience or responsibilities are necessary.
