Deputy Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Program Director in overseeing the entire lifecycle of the contract.

• Ensure effective contract execution, compliance, and operational performance.

• Support contract administration, program coordination, and performance management activities.

• Track schedules, deliverables, budgets, and significant milestones.

• Create and sustain systems for data collection, reporting, and recordkeeping.

• Compile metrics and performance data for the program.

• Prepare reports and briefings for various stakeholders.

• Provide leadership with regular updates regarding contract status, action items, and performance indicators.

• Identify and communicate potential risks, assist in resolving issues, and aid in the implementation of mitigation strategies.

• Support the development of procedures and processes to ensure adherence to contract requirements and program objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams and government stakeholders to address operational challenges.

• Assess program performance and overall efficiency.

• Offer operational insights, performance data, and reports to facilitate strategic planning and explore future opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 16 years of experience, which may include management roles.

• In-depth knowledge of UPIC operations, staff management, workload, metrics, and contract requirements (SOW, program integrity manual).

• Experience and understanding of UPIC-specific tasks, including investigative development, best practices, administrative actions, and customer coordination.

• Experience in contract development and expansion.

• Experience in subcontractor management and budgeting.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Management experience in UPIC operations at various levels, including overseeing people managers and directing a diverse workforce across multiple tasks is desired.

• Experience in responding to bid proposals and technical proposals is preferred.

• Experience in addressing requests from government agencies and oversight bodies is preferred.
