Deployment Strategist Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Launch a new market for ElevenLabs and create the necessary team to support its establishment.

• Collaborate with a seasoned sales leader to transition from 0 to 1 within the larger organization.

• Implement ElevenLabs voice AI technology with key customers to tackle complex business challenges.

• Recruit the essential team members.

• Secure initial customers in the market and ensure product effectiveness.

• Engage with strategic customers to comprehend their audio and voice AI requirements and challenges.

• Build and manage a regional team of engineers deployed on the front lines.

• Discover use cases through direct engagement with customer issues and workflows.

• Work alongside engineers to integrate voice and audio AI technology into creative solutions.

• Design and architect tailored customer integrations.

• Advise customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.

• Present outcomes and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Partner with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into software products and AI models.

• Create and showcase demos of voice and audio AI technology.

• Explore applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across global sectors.

• Manage end-to-end execution of significant projects for strategic partners.

• Work closely with customers' engineering and executive teams to guarantee optimal implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders both internally and in customer or partner organizations.

• Demonstrated capability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams.

• Basic proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with API integration for scripting and developing prototypes/demos.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Skill in summarizing complex technical concepts and applying logic to pursue optimal solutions.

• Technical aptitude to rapidly grasp voice and audio AI models and their applications.

• Capacity to align technical strategy with business objectives.

• Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market strategies, and revenue implications.

• Experience in identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners (preferred).
