Deployment Strategist – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers, and Strategists to implement ElevenAgents, ElevenLabs' enterprise AI platform.

• Integrate customer, workflow, product, user, and impact information to develop a comprehensive understanding of priority challenges.

• Engage with strategic customers to grasp AI transformation objectives and pinpoint customer-facing and operational workflow issues.

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish, including use-case identification, structuring commercial terms, and closing deals.

• Deeply embed with strategic customers as a trusted partner and take ownership of delivery outcomes.

• Identify significant use cases and work with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to execute them.

• Advise customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact.

• Explore applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across global sectors.

• Present work outcomes and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Provide field insights to Research teams to influence the ElevenLabs platform and model roadmap.

• Construct and present demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader AI technologies.

• Partner with customer engineering and executive teams to transition agents into production and achieve measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical role interacting with customers.

• Preference for direct enterprise customer experience.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instincts with comfort in deal discussions, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Understanding of API integration.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.

• Flexibility across different customer environments, industries, and technical applications.

• Technical skills and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Multilingual in Mandarin and English.

• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer meetings and in-person collaboration with the Singapore team.
