This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the complete delivery of Chainalysis Services projects, from initial discovery to implementation, education, and continuous monitoring.
β’ Collaborate with financial institution clients to grasp AML/CFT compliance and market expansion goals.
β’ Convert client objectives into data-driven monitoring strategies.
β’ Design, create, and sustain tailored compliance workflows, notebooks, and dashboards.
β’ Assist private sector clients in identifying and reducing exposure to illicit activities.
β’ Act as the main technical contact for private sector clients based in the Americas.
β’ Foster trusted relationships with clients through practical data expertise and industry insights.
β’ Lead discussions on solution design and conduct technical deep dives to integrate Chainalysis data into banking infrastructure and compliance systems.
β’ Provide briefings and presentations to both technical data teams and non-technical compliance leadership.
β’ Work together with Product, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs teams to shape the product roadmap.
β’ Mentor and support Services team members by sharing best practices regarding regulatory and competitive landscapes.
β’ Experience in customer-facing delivery of data or analytics solutions within the private sector.
β’ Proven ability to derive insights from complex financial datasets and communicate risk-based findings to audit/compliance stakeholders.
β’ Experience working directly with clients in AML, KYC, financial crime, or regulatory compliance sectors within the Americas.
β’ Familiarity with compliance requirements of traditional financial institutions or rapidly growing FinTech companies.
β’ Experience operating across various regulatory jurisdictions and understanding customer risk appetites.
β’ Knowledge of cryptocurrency compliance workflows, ideally including alert tuning, SAR filing, or sanctions screening.
β’ Strong skills in Python and SQL.
β’ Experience creating notebooks and dashboards that visualize risk metrics and transaction patterns.
β’ Understanding of data modeling and large-scale financial transaction datasets.
β’ Ability to develop expertise in Chainalysis data structures and align them with traditional banking KYT needs.
β’ Legally permitted to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions.
