Deployment Strategist – Crypto Investigations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive customer interactions from initial discovery to investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and continuous value delivery.

• Perform blockchain investigations utilizing the Chainalysis platform with tracing, OSINT, and analytical methodologies.

• Collaborate with customers to grasp their objectives and convert them into actionable results.

• Design, develop, and sustain tailored workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models utilizing Chainalysis data and products.

• Empower customers to independently operate solutions and integrate Chainalysis into their operational framework.

• Serve as the main technical and domain consultant for customers.

• Provide live training sessions, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings.

• Assist in pre-sales technical engagements for intricate and strategic deals.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales teams to shape the product roadmap and enhance offerings.

• Cultivate and disseminate domain expertise, investigative strategies, and best practices within the Global Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in conducting or directly supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence activities, or financial crime analysis in an operational setting.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and the application of on-chain data in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows.

• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing technical solutions in intricate, real-world situations.

• Direct engagement with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-related sectors.

• Ability to derive insights from large or complex datasets and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.

• Successfully navigated fast-paced, uncertain environments that require ownership, flexibility, and sound decision-making.

• Proficient in English and Hindi.

• Skilled in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.

• Experience in creating notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, querying, and handling large datasets.

• Capability to develop expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products.

• In-depth knowledge of at least one area: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk.

• Familiarity with customer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and success metrics within the relevant field.

• Skill in applying domain knowledge to the investigation process, solution design, and customer advisement.
