Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and spearhead the delivery of Wonderful’s platform and AI agents for enterprise clients.

• Define requirements, success metrics, and integration strategies for proofs of concept and onboarding processes.

• Oversee the implementation of the platform, integrations, and the refinement of agents leading up to production launches.

• Ensure alignment among Product, Engineering, and customer teams regarding deliverables, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor progress, handle risks, and eliminate obstacles throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Assess AI agent performance in production and initiate subsequent enhancements.

• Discover and cultivate new AI use cases with clients to broaden adoption and enhance impact.

• Manage intricate implementations from initial scoping to production launch.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to synchronize requirements, timelines, and success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or within rapidly growing startups.

• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with technical concepts, including APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

• Capacity to manage diverse stakeholders and keep complex initiatives on track.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a keen interest in AI-driven products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience (preferred).

• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup setting (preferred).

• Background in supporting production software launches and ongoing operations (preferred).

• Must be physically located in Monterrey.
