This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist enterprise clients in transforming isolated automation workflow successes into a scalable operating framework that delivers measurable business results.
• Oversee the business, adoption, and governance workstream for high-value enterprise implementations.
• Lead organizational workstreams during targeted on-site deployments, from executive kickoff to project closeout.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to convert customer challenges into adopted workflows.
• Advise clients on establishing automation operating and governance frameworks.
• Define ownership, decision-making processes, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices.
• Analyze business processes and pinpoint high-impact automation opportunities.
• Create and manage automation roadmaps, incorporating prioritization, sequencing, and ROI logic.
• Develop business cases by assessing impact, modeling value, and aligning automation with executive priorities.
• Cultivate trust among technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and decision-makers.
• Recognize upsell and expansion signals and relay them to Customer Success.
• Incorporate deployment insights into internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and replicable deployment strategies.
• Proven experience in deployment, implementation, consulting, solutions, or technical customer success roles within a B2B software organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption with enterprise clients in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Proficient in mapping business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Capable of defining automation governance, ownership, and operational models.
• Skilled in building value cases, estimating impact, and prioritizing automation roadmaps based on business outcomes.
• Technical fluency in architectural solutions and demonstrations; adept at identifying solution misalignment.
• Ability to foster trust across various organizational levels and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proficient in articulating complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-50% across Europe for on-site engagements.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Possession of the right to work in countries outside of Germany; visa sponsorship for Germany is available.
• Additional European language skills, experience in automation, change management, enterprise transformation, and product feedback are advantageous.
