Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for client deployments from initiation to go-live and ongoing operations.

• Conduct discovery and design workshops alongside product owners, compliance teams, and operations leaders.

• Convert business requirements into agent flows, node logic, and conversation design.

• Configure and enhance agents on the Encore AI platform utilizing flow JSON, conversation/collect/end nodes, and prompt engineering techniques.

• Communicate progress, risks, and project roadmap to client stakeholders, ranging from project leads to C-suite executives.

• Assist regulated financial institution clients with organizational readiness and the adoption of change.

• Highlight cross-account client needs and insights to Product and Engineering teams.

• Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks, including those related to timelines, scope, and technical barriers.

• Develop reusable documentation, QA frameworks, and implementation methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing, technical delivery position such as implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, or technical customer success, preferably at an AI/LLM, SaaS, or enterprise software firm.

• Proven track record as a delivery/deployment lead in launching AI or data products for enterprise clients, or as a solutions engineer/technical PM transitioning toward client and business engagement, or as a strategy/process consultant seeking to take ownership of outcomes.

• Proficiency in flow logic, JSON configurations, and prompt structure; production coding experience is not mandatory.

• Familiarity with financial services is highly advantageous, including areas such as banking, insurance, investment workflows, or regulatory/compliance frameworks.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Ability to engage with Israeli, Australian, and US accounts, with the majority of client interactions conducted in English.

• Strong executive presence when interacting with VP and C-suite stakeholders.

• A mindset geared towards ownership, low ego, and a commitment to follow-through.

• Previous experience in LLM prompt engineering or conversational AI design is a plus.

• Experience in regulated industries beyond finance is also beneficial.
