Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of client engagements from initiation to go-live and ongoing operations.

• Facilitate discovery and design workshops alongside product owners, compliance personnel, and operations leaders.

• Convert business requirements into agent flows, node logic, and conversation design.

• Configure and enhance agents directly within the Encore AI platform utilizing flow JSON, conversation/collect/end nodes, and prompt engineering.

• Communicate progress, risks, and roadmaps to client stakeholders, ranging from project leads to C-suite executives.

• Assist regulated financial institutions in managing organizational readiness and change management for AI-agent implementation.

• Identify recurring client needs and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.

• Recognize and proactively address delivery risks related to timelines, scope, and technical obstacles.

• Develop documentation, QA frameworks, and reusable implementation playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing, technical delivery position—implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, or technical customer success—preferably at an AI/LLM, SaaS, or enterprise software organization.

• Background as a delivery/deployment lead responsible for launching AI or data products into production for enterprise clients, or as a solutions engineer/technical PM transitioning towards client and business engagement, or as a strategy/process consultant focused on delivering results.

• Proficiency in flow logic, JSON configurations, and prompt structure; production coding skills are not mandatory.

• Familiarity with financial services is a significant advantage, including knowledge of banking, insurance, investment processes, or regulatory/compliance contexts such as KYC, SLAs, and risk sign-off procedures.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Capability to engage with Israeli, Australian, and US accounts, with the majority of client-facing interactions conducted in English.

• Executive presence when interfacing with client VPs or C-suite executives, as well as in technical working sessions.

• A tendency towards ownership, low ego, and strong follow-through.

• Previous experience in LLM prompt engineering or conversational AI design is a plus.

• Experience in regulated sectors beyond finance, such as healthcare or insurance, is also a plus.
