Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic clients to thoroughly comprehend their AI transformation objectives and identify their primary challenges, particularly concerning customer-facing and operational workflows enhanced by AI agents.

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish — from pinpointing the appropriate use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation agreements) and driving them to completion.

• Integrate deeply with strategic clients: act as a trusted partner with a dedicated account, allocate significant time onsite, and take ownership of delivery outcomes as though you were part of their team.

• Discover high-impact use cases through close collaboration with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring these use cases to fruition.

• Advise customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, and production readiness to enhance adoption and impact.

• Explore potential applications in new industries and broaden our AI solutions across various sectors worldwide.

• Present the outcomes of our efforts and proposals for future projects to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Partner with our Research teams to relay field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, contributing to the development roadmap.

• Create and present engaging demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to both new and existing clients.

• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents are deployed in production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with customers in a technical role. Direct experience with enterprise customers is preferred.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Commercial acumen: confidence in participating in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.

• Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with API integration, adequate for prototyping, demonstrating, and communicating effectively with engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities; particularly the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts and present clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.

• A proven history of taking charge of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering successful outcomes.

• Flexibility to work across various customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical proficiency and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Ability to creatively align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.
