Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic customers to grasp their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges in customer-facing and operational workflows.

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish, including identifying use cases, commercial structuring, and closing.

• Integrate with strategic customers, acting as a trusted partner while overseeing delivery outcomes.

• Identify high-impact use cases and work alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers for implementation.

• Advise customers on best practices for product deployment, encompassing agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact analysis.

• Define applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across global sectors.

• Present project outcomes and proposals for future work to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to integrate field insights into the platform, models, and roadmap.

• Create and present demos of ElevenAgents and related AI technology.

• Work with customer engineering and executive teams to transition agents to production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical role working with customers; direct experience with enterprise customers is preferred.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial intuition and comfort in deal discussions, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python and experience with API integration.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.

• Adaptability to different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical proficiency and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.
