This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +14 more states.
• Drive sales for Dental Solutions by collaborating with district colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business through personal outreach and referrals from territory representatives and equipment specialists.
• Enhance personal expertise in key Solutions focus areas.
• Cultivate productive relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates.
• Act as a consultant to assist dentists in expanding their practices.
• Lead assigned territory representatives and equipment specialists to achieve shared sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that promote growth in Dental Solutions within the designated district.
• Sustain current business while seeking new opportunities.
• Ensure suggested increases to gross profit are maintained.
• Drive customer sales initiatives and foster long-lasting relationships.
• Co-travel with sales representatives and vendors to identify new opportunities.
• Create plans to meet personal, regional, district, and company-wide promotional objectives.
• Educate the Benco Sales Team on the offerings of Dental Solutions and their effect on practice profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during the sales journey, which includes preparing and presenting quotes and managing leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Oversee the sales process, prospect new business, close sales, and identify opportunities through referrals and testimonials.
• Coach and manage the District Dental Solutions sales pipeline.
• Participate in regional and district meetings and calls.
• Inform customers about new Solutions products and current industry trends.
• Become proficient in Solutions and continually update knowledge on new offerings.
• Recognize customer objectives, assist in achieving them, and enhance customer profitability.
• Aid in resolving customer and internal issues.
• Collaborate with Solutions teammates and partners to gain insights on new offerings and capabilities.
• Take part in regional, district, and company sales meetings.
• Understand the dental landscape and keep track of competitor activities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in dental or medical sales, or a comparable field.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Eagerness to learn and promote advanced solutions.
• Ability to establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to remain focused and motivated independently while engaging a sales district.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including several complex, long-term initiatives.
• Openness to change, direction, and constructive feedback.
• Quick and holistic problem-solving skills.
• Competence in overcoming objections, particularly regarding pricing.
• Ability to lead with a consultative approach and offer guidance when necessary.
