
Dental Provider Relations Representative β Contact Centre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Handle telephone inquiries from healthcare providers about subscriber verification, benefit eligibility, plan maximums, prior approval requirements, and claims issues.
β’ Validate claims using online adjudication systems.
β’ Recommend enhancements to workflows and processes.
β’ Document and relay provider feedback to the relevant Team Manager and/or Manager.
β’ Assist in projects and analyses utilizing Excel, Word, and various other software applications.
β’ Record details of calls.
β’ Support additional duties as needed.
β’ Proficient in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
β’ Background in medical, dental, or pharmacy fields is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of dental procedures, health procedures, or pharmaceutical names is a plus.
β’ Experience in customer service, either face-to-face or via phone, is preferred.
β’ Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
β’ Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Research and analytical skills to identify root causes of issues.
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
