This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, responsible for managing billing, collections, and payment posting services for dental clinics and service providers across the United States.

• Verify dental insurance eligibility using various methods, including web portal, fax correspondence, and phone communications.

• Collect patient eligibility details for specific dental procedures, encompassing coverage percentages, history, frequency limitations, and billing guidelines.

• Input eligibility data into the dental clinic's Practice Management System.

• Collaborate with dental clinics in real-time to confirm the eligibility of walk-in patients and specific diagnosed procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier.

• Knowledge of various Dental Insurance policy types, including PPO, HMO, and MediCal.

• Proficiency in navigating one or more major Dental Practice Management systems, particularly in scheduling, patient demographics, and insurance data.

• Understanding of general dentistry procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management skills.

• Competence in data entry (40 WPM or higher).

• Ability to handle and safeguard confidential information.

• Flexibility to work in varying schedules, primarily night shifts.

• Capability to work from home with dependable internet and a backup connection.
