Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Verify dental insurance eligibility through web portal, fax, and phone communication.

• Collect patient eligibility for various dental procedures, including coverage details, history, frequency limitations, and billing protocols.

• Input eligibility data into the dental clinic's Practice Management System.

• Collaborate with the dental clinic in real-time to confirm eligibility for walk-in patients and certain diagnosed procedures.

• Become part of the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team responsible for billing, collections, and payment posting services for dental clinics and service providers across the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES with no prior experience or at least 1 year of experience as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier.

• Knowledge of various Dental Insurance policy types, including PPO, HMO, and MediCal.

• Proficiency in navigating one or more major Dental Practice Management systems, specifically concerning scheduling, patient demographics, and insurance information.

• Understanding of general dentistry procedures.

• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and time management abilities.

• Data entry proficiency (40 WPM or faster).

• Capacity to handle and safeguard confidential information.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, primarily during night shifts.

• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a backup option.
