📋 Description

• Present and market insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to prospective clients who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients to determine appropriate insurance plans that align with their needs and budget.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints that arise.

• Engage in regular Zoom training sessions for skill enhancement.

• Adhere to the agency’s sales and lead-generation procedures.

• Develop and manage an insurance business with the support of the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.

• A Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory; the employer will assist in obtaining it through a 7–10 day online course.

• Capability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

• Detail-oriented and driven by deadlines.

• A strong work ethic and integrity are essential.

• Ambitious, coachable, and passionate about supporting others, with a drive to achieve results.

• Self-motivated and able to operate independently without close supervision or a time clock.
