📋 Description

• Present and promote insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients.

• Assist clients in identifying insurance plans that align with their needs and financial considerations.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.

• Engage in regular Zoom training sessions to enhance skills.

• Adhere to the agency’s sales and support framework.

• Develop and maintain an independent insurance business.

• Ensure business retention and minimize chargebacks with assistance from the conservation team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory; the employer will assist in obtaining it through a 7–10-day online course.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.

• Capability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
