Delivery Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for clients.

• Assist in the design, integration, and execution of cutting-edge energy management solutions.

• Develop and implement GE GridOS DERMS solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Specialists on solution architecture and delivery practices.

• Support the GEV DevOps team in implementing GE GridOS DERMS solutions in client environments.

• Engage with utility clients to comprehend the impacts of distributed energy resources and convert business challenges into requirements and system designs.

• Enhance deployment processes through automation and scripting techniques.

• Lead testing, validation, and training efforts specific to clients.

• Create business cases and define new product requirements based on client policies and processes.

• Manage technical risks, analyze performance metrics, and assist in pre-sales and expansion initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to develop and deploy enterprise-level software.

• Experience with database connectors.

• Familiarity with contemporary electricity industry operations.

• Knowledge of Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), distribution planning, and SCADA systems.

• Proficiency in Requirements Management.

• Ability to translate business needs into detailed design specifications and test cases.

• Competence in architecting complex systems.

• Strong IT Enterprise Architecture skills, including IT Network, Data Flow, and complex software application deployments.

• Enthusiasm for emerging energy trends and innovative problem-solving.

• Formal education in Engineering or a related field, particularly with a focus on power systems, is a plus.
