Delivery Partner Audit, Risk and Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee compliance assurance, investigations, risk management, and audit operations within TGE Freight's national Delivery Partner network.

• Manage a dedicated team.

• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Legal, Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, and Delivery Partners.

• Enhance compliance measures and effectively manage risks.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate equitable and transparent outcomes throughout the TGE Freight organization.

• Collaborate across various business functions to influence the evolution of the TGE Freight Delivery Partner network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in transport compliance, risk management, auditing, investigations, or governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and persuasive communication skills.

• Proficient in navigating complex operational, safety, and industrial relations settings.

• A strong commitment to continuous improvement, fairness, and operational excellence.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and commercially focused mindset.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including a criminal history examination and a medical evaluation encompassing fitness for work as well as drug and alcohol testing.
