Delivery Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads in the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of customer projects.

• Keep integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action registers, and governance documentation up to date.

• Oversee project budgets, revenue forecasts, effort estimates, resource forecasts, billable utilization, milestone forecasting, and financial reconciliation.

• Manage project schedules, financial data, resource demand and assignments, time tracking, and operational reporting within Klient.

• Generate executive-quality reports on project health, financial status, forecast accuracy, schedule performance, resource utilization, risks, and customer commitments.

• Organize customer meetings, track action items, resolve issues, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, process change requests, and update SOWs.

• Detect resource conflicts, capacity gaps, and forecast changes and escalate them as necessary.

• Evaluate financial trends, schedule performance, forecast accuracy, utilization, delivery metrics, and project controls.

• Facilitate communication among customers, TAMs, Agile Leads, delivery teams, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Maintain records for project governance, decision logs, change logs, financial documents, repositories, meeting notes, and customer communications.

• Recognize and escalate project risks, issues, financial discrepancies, and customer concerns along with mitigation strategies.

• Enhance project delivery processes, financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, governance practices, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in supporting internal clients and business units within an IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, or professional services setting.

• Familiarity with project management practices, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, resource management, project controls, customer delivery, and project governance.

• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred; candidates actively pursuing PMI certification are encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience in managing project budgets, revenue forecasts, financial reporting, SOW management, resource planning, utilization reporting, and project schedule management.

• Background in supporting project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, revenue recognition support, utilization reporting, financial analysis, and project controls.

• Proficiency in PSA and project management tools such as Klient PSA, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Certinia, Kantata, or similar enterprise resource management systems.

• Experience in supporting executive-level project reporting, including financial dashboards, project health reporting, forecast analysis, resource utilization reporting, and delivery metrics.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify project risks, financial discrepancies, schedule impacts, resource limitations, and suggest corrective measures.

• Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with capacity to manage multiple concurrent customer projects.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships, manage customer expectations, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while collaborating with TAMs, Agile Leads, and Delivery leadership.

• A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in project management, customer delivery, and Technical Account Management.
