Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Align personalization strategies with the overarching objectives and provide insights to the Regional Delivery Lead.

• Oversee and manage the execution of customer personalization projects within designated teams.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Director to ensure effective resource allocation.

• Work alongside stakeholders to comprehend personalization needs and synchronize initiatives.

• Supervise client project portfolios, encompassing budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution.

• Plan and implement personalization projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

• Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and maintain cost control.

• Monitor and assess project performance metrics, providing reports to the Regional Delivery Lead.

• Collaborate with other Delivery Managers and teams for effective coordination and information sharing.

• Collect customer feedback, identify process inefficiencies, and suggest service enhancements.

• Determine technical objectives and offer solution recommendations through business process and management consulting analysis.

• Assist Sales by identifying potential sales opportunities and gathering requirements for value propositions.

• Evaluate and preliminarily scope incoming requests, analyzing them for thoroughness.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver technical and quality expertise.

• Contribute to the growth and advancement of customer channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong technical foundation.

• Experience within the Pharma sector.

• Solid sales skills.

• Quick thinker with the capability to handle a high volume of fast-paced projects.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, delve into details, and resolve issues.

• Experience in managing or coordinating web development projects.

• Understanding of business policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with account/project management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRMs.
